  2. Ship the product to our warehouse using a traceable courier or registered post. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Conditions for a Successful Replacement

To process your replacement smoothly, please ensure:

  • You notify us within the given time frame.
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The package includes all original items, such as packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and any accessories.
  • Nothing, including the product, is marked, defaced, or altered in any way.
Important Notes
  • For products without a company warranty, we offer a 7-day checking warranty. However, for items with a company warranty, our checking warranty does not apply.
  • Replacement requests may take 3–5 days to process, as our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
